How to use

• Take deep breaths of the aroma after opening the bottle
• Put a few drops of oil on a cotton ball and smell the aroma
• Add to bath or as aromatherapy
• Adding to water to make room spray or body spritzer(AboveNLove has a body spray collection infused with essential oils)
• Combining with carrier oil to make body oil (AboveNLove has a body oil collection with infused essential oils)
