Lavender Aroma Oil

Lavender oil is gentle and has a lot of benefits and lavender can help with stress, pain, menstrual cramps and sleep. It can be used in variety of ways.

How to use

• Take deep breaths of the aroma after opening the bottle
• Put a few drops of oil on a cotton ball and smell the aroma
• Add to bath or as aromatherapy
• Adding to water to make room spray or body spritzer
• Combining with carrier oil to make body oil
